Who are Kelly's Online Sports?

We are an online division of the well established Kelly’s Footwear in Palmerston North.


How much freight does Kelly’s Online Sports charge? 

If you spend $50 and over, products purchased through Kelly’s Online Sports are sent at no additional cost. Spend less than $50 and there is a $10 freight charge.


How soon can I expect to receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (Monday–Friday) of you placing your order, however on occasion certain items may be temporarily out of stock. If this happens, you will receive an email to advise of the expected delay


I'm accessing this site from outside New Zealand. Can I still place an order?
Yes, but only if the delivery address is within New Zealand. At this stage we do not deliver outside of New Zealand.


What if I don't want to pay via PayPal?
No problem! Please call us on 06 3553115 and we can take your order over the phone. Be sure to have the details of what you want to order, where you'd like it delivered, and your credit card number handy when you call. You can contact us during the following hours; Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm. You can also place your order by email –sales@kellysonlinesports.com .


Why can’t I get my parcel sent to a P.O. Box?
We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address as delivery is via courier so please provide a physical address. An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, the courier driver has been given authority to leave the parcel in a safe place unless a signature has been specifically requested. The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.


What if my purchase is faulty? 

Kelly’s Online Sports is not legally bound to replace, refund or repair any used product deemed faulty until the product manufacturer, importer or supplier authorises such a claim after inspecting the damaged, faulty or unsuitable product. Please ensure that you return any unsatisfactory product immediately for inspection. Requests for replacement or credit without inspection or proof of purchase may be declined. What if the product I want is out of stock? 

If a product is ordered but later found to be out of stock Kelly’s Online Sports reserves the right to put the order on back order and confirm a new ETA and price with you. You may ask Kelly’s Online Sports to either find and offer an alternative (similar) product (if an alternative option is available) price differences will need to be paid by the customer if the cost is higher or if cheaper the difference refunded by Kelly’s Online Sports to the customer.
