An order made via this site ("order") is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order.
Warranty Claims and Returns
Kelly’s Online Sports is not legally bound to replace, refund or repair any used product deemed faulty until the product manufacturer, importer or supplier authorises such a claim after inspecting the damaged, faulty or unsuitable product. Please ensure that you return any unsatisfactory product immediately for inspection. Requests for replacement or credit without inspection or proof of purchase may be declined. To return products please call us on 06 3553115 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to rectify the issue.
We will only use personal information about you for the following reasons:

All Kelly’s Online Sports freight being delivered by Post Haste Couriers
should be attempted to be personally delivered to the recipient with a
signature obtained in accordance with the Post Haste Couriers standard
In a situation where a signature cannot be obtained the Post Haste authorised driver has been given authority to leave the parcel where practical, unless a signature has specifically been requested. Any special delivery instructions provided on the label will be followed (i.e. Leave in letterbox or at back door).
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We endeavour to ensure that all prices listed on this site are consistent with the prices offered in our store. Kelly’s Online Sports reserves the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product specification within 24 hours of being notified of it or after an order has been processed.
All intellectual property on this site, including without limitation any trade marks, text, graphics and copyright, is owned by us or our content suppliers. We are the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this site.
